Trivia and music rounds

Questions go up on the big screen and everyone answers on their phone. Answers use colours and shapes, so they're easy for everyone to tell apart. Faster answers score more, and a leaderboard keeps the room competing.

Bingo: numbers, pictures and music

Every phone gets its own card and can mark itself as items are called. Play classic 90-ball numbers, picture bingo with 90 pictures in every theme, or music bingo. Players press Bingo! on their phone and you check it in the control room.

Message and selfie walls

People join with just a nickname, then send messages and selfies to the big screen. By default nothing appears until you approve it, and anything with swear words, links or phone numbers is held back automatically.

How the 14-day free trial works

1. Choose a planChoose a monthly or yearly plan in Crowvio and enter your card details. Your card is taken at the start, but nothing is charged yet.
2. Use it free for 14 daysRun real events with everything in your plan, with up to 50 players at once. We'll email you before your trial ends.
3. Then your plan beginsWhen the trial ends, your card is charged for your first month or year, unless you've cancelled.

Need more players during your trial? Start your plan early from the control room. Your card is charged then, and the full 250-player limit applies straight away.

Cancel any time. Cancel from your Crowvio account under Billing. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. See our refund and cancellation policy.
